the decor is tragically old and faded, truly disappointing for a place that claims to offer luxury. absolutely no air conditioning controls in my room, ring the front desk when it’s too hot? ridiculous. i should’ve received a complimentary upgrade for all this inconvenience, but clearly, I’m just a standard guest here. almost gave a good review, but simply couldn’t.

During my visit, the walls were paper thin, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. I could hear conversations and alarms from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep. Additionally, the lack of tea and coffee-making facilities in the room was disappointing and diminished the overall comfort of my stay.

La Cloche offers a perfect location just 200m from the historic center, making it easy to explore the charming streets of Beaune. The secure car park behind the hotel is convenient and reasonably charged. The staff were welcoming and helpful, particularly in assisting with restaurant reservations. My room was small yet comfortable, and the spacious bathroom exceeded expectations.

No lift access can be challenging for those with mobility issues.

The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the town center. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were super helpful, even going out of their way to entertain our kid. A big shoutout to Margot for her patience with all my questions! 😊

We enjoyed plenty of outdoor activities, exploring the charming trails around Beaune. The hotel’s location is a huge plus, being just a short walk from the city center. Plus, we appreciated the free parking, especially with our pets!

My wife says that the rooms could be more family-friendly with better amenities for kids.

Just a great match for a brief weekend stay in Beaune with good value considering price it charged. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a nice sitting area and a lovely soaking tub. For anyone coming, I suggest parking across the street for free instead of paying the hotel fee.

Beautiful area, lovely, traditional hotel with a comfortable room and a well-appointed bathroom. However, the carpet was stained and definitely did not match the photos. I would choose this spot again, though!

I stayed in a Standard Double Room and it was quite spacious! The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom looked brand new. A nice touch were the charming old-style windows. The only downside was the lack of a kettle for coffee or tea. that would have made the room feel cozier. But overall, it was a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

I really enjoyed my stay, the room was spacious with a super-king-size bed that made for a comfy sleep. The bathroom was modern and spotless, which I appreciate in hotels. It was great having easy access to the city center for dining and exploring, and I found plenty of walking trails nearby. My only downside was the breakfast selection, which could use a bit more variety.
